Aureon announced today the acquisition of Midwest Project Partners (MPP), a Des Moines-based company specializing in project management and management consulting services, primarily for financial services firms throughout Iowa and nationwide. Midwest Technical Partners, LLC and Midwest Procurement Partners are also included as part of this acquisition.
Midwest Project Partners was founded in 2000, as a consulting company providing project and business management solutions. Over the past 16 years, MPP has grown into a multi-faceted company. In 2008, MPP created Midwest Procurement Partners to combine the skills, tools, creativity and discipline of veteran consultants for the procurement efforts of their client’s organizations. Midwest Technical Partners followed in 2012, and was started to bring their client’s organizations top-level technical talent.
“We are excited about another opportunity to work with successful organizations to bring even more quality services to our clients” says Aureon President, Ron Keller. “This acquisition is a great fit for both companies. It allows each of us to tap into additional expertise and resources, ultimately adding a more comprehensive and diverse array of business support solutions and technical expertise for our clients.”
MPP offers a full spectrum of project services that include, but are not limited to, planning, recovery, mentoring and leadership. The acquisition of Midwest Project Partners reinforces Aureon’s commitment to expand their offerings that address and support their growing portfolio of business support solutions.
Jane Whalen, president of Midwest Project Partners, says, “As a trusted partner, we have long admired Aureon (Technology). They are an excellent organization with a talented staff who shares our same vision and cultural alignment. We (Midwest Project Partners) are excited to partner with and be able to expand our services and capabilities with Aureon. We are excited to unite our businesses and provide our loyal clients access to an expanded variety of business solution offerings, plus the unparalleled expertise and resources that Aureon offers without sacrificing our vison or values.”
The acquisition continues the pattern of diversification and growth for Aureon, which has rapidly expanded in recent years to encompass a variety of back office solutions in the technology, HR and contact center industries.
