Aureon Recognized as Technology Company of the Year Finalist
The Technology Association of Iowa releases finalists for 12th Annual LWBJ Prometheus Awards.

WEST DES MOINES, IA (March 3, 2017) — Aureon, a business solutions provider, was named as a finalist for the 12th Annual LWBJ Prometheus Awards. The Workiva Large Technology Company of the Year winner, in which Aureon is a finalist, will be announced on April 20, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center during the Prometheus Awards celebration.
“It is an honor to be selected as a finalist again. We thoroughly value each and every opportunity we have to be involved with the Technology Association of Iowa and the Prometheus Awards event,” said Ron Keller, CEO, Aureon. “Over the years, we (Aureon as Alliance Technologies) have been fortunate to be selected as a finalist five times in a variety of categories, and have been named the winner in the IT Service Provider of the Year category.”
The Prometheus Awards is TAI’s premier event for Iowa’s technology industry. Award finalists and winners represent the best and brightest of Iowa’s diverse technology industry, from individual leaders and companies to entire communities. According to recent information from TAI, a record number of nominations from over 100 Iowa companies competing in 14 categories was received this year.
