Credit Union Improves Productivity and Network Security

The Police Federal Credit Union of Omaha, a member-owned, financial cooperative, was experiencing some IT challenges that were impacting the efficiency of their operations. For example, they were consistently losing connection to their network and internet, for long periods at a time, which put a strain on efforts to serve customers and grow their business.

After several attempts, their current provider was struggling to provide a consistent solution to mitigate these challenges, and they were needing a different solution.

Aureon stepped in and took the time to fully understand their challenges and needs. After analyzing their network and associated hardware, Aureon was able to identify the source of these on-going issues.

Aureon recommended a managed firewall and network solution, which would provide additional capacity, more reliability, and enhanced security services. As a result, the issues have been resolved.
