DES MOINES, IOWA – April 16, 2020 – Aureon signs FCC Keep Americans Connected Pledge in response to Ajit Pai, FCC Chairman's, initiative. This pledge aligns with Aureon’s decades-long mission to empower Iowans, keep our rural communities connected and move businesses forward. During these extraordinary and difficult times, Aureon’s commitment to our Clients is unwavering as reliable connectivity is more important than ever.

Over the next 90 days, Aureon pledges to:
- not terminate service to any residential or small business Clients because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic;
- waive any late fees that any residential or small business Clients incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic; and
- open its Wi-Fi hotspots to any American who needs them.
