Aureon’s Contact Center Solutions Agent, Sarah Erickson, became an honorary member of the Princeton University Class of 1963 and received an all-expenses paid trip to Princeton! Sarah has been Princeton University’s dedicated agent since January 2016. She and her coworker, Alyssa Scheuermann, help Princeton’s alums and staff create email blasts, update their websites, and complete other duties as assigned.

The Aureon team started planning the 60th class reunion with the Princeton webmaster, and he learned they had never visited campus. Sarah and the rest of the Aureon team had no idea someone was making plans behind the scenes for the agents to visit the university. Sarah had the privilege of visiting first. The class-sponsored trip included transportation, lodging, meals, and entertainment. The only requirement for Sarah was to wear the school colors, black and orange.

Princeton ParadeOn Thursday, May 25, Sarah flew to New Jersey, where a driver picked her up and took her to campus to meet the class president and his wife. Sarah filled her days by spending time with former students, attending faculty forums, meeting other alumni and staff, listening to live entertainment, attending the university’s memorial service, marching in the P-rade (the Princeton parade), watching fireworks, and she also admits to “getting lost on campus.” 

Princeton classes can select one or more individuals as honorary members. This person can be anyone the class chooses and usually has a supportive relationship with the group. Sarah will always remain in the Princeton database as an honorary class member. “I can’t begin to tell you how this is truly one of my proudest moments as a supervisor,” said Contact Center Solutions Supervisor Carrie Pettry. “Sarah is truly awesome at her job, and Aureon is so lucky to have her! Thank you for everything you do for Aureon and your client, Princeton!”
